Scale of construction:

One 10,000-DWT outfitting berth with a length of 255 m will be built. The shoreline of yacht dock is 371 m long. One 10,000-DWT slipway (gasbag slipway) with a length of 45 m will be built. The total area of the rear plant is 100,000 m². One fiberglass boat workshop, one steel ship workshop and several office buildings, complex buildings and yacht dry dock stocks will cover an area of 43,000 m².
