The Utility Tunnel of Xizhong Island Start-up Area (Phase II) is located at the north bank of Xizhong Island Start-up Area. The planned three east-west pipelines are arranged along the Petrochemical Avenue, 2# North Road and 5# North Street respectively; and three north-south pipelines are arranged along the Middle Petrochemical Street, 2# East Street and 5# North Branch Road. The Utility Tunnel of Xizhong Island Start-up Area (Phase II) is 8,660m in length (main part 7,200m), with a full width of 9m; and the branch tunnel is 1,460m in length, with a full width of 6m.

Total project investment: RMB 130 million.
