Special Sponge City Planning of Tongliao City

The project aims to promote and utilize the construction mode of sponge city for the coordination between economic development and resource environment, and change the traditional thoughts of water drainage, flood control and pollution treatment for the "flexible adaptation" of a city to environmental changes and natural disasters.

The sponge city planning mainly involves the planning of water resources system, water environment governance, water ecological restoration and water safety, as well as the specific implementation guidelines for building/community, road, park landscape, square and urban water system construction.
