The comprehensive special pipeline planning of Tongliao City aims to achieve the rational pipeline arrangement based on the summarized analysis of all utility pipelines within the downtown area; provide design basis for the future urban construction of supporting pipelines; and effectively promote the construction of utility supporting facilities in Tongliao City.
The planned area is 164 Km2. According to the special planning of professional work, the appropriate planning of utility supporting facilities and comprehensive pipeline planning are determined through research, covering the underground pipelines of water supply, rainwater, sewage, recycled water, electricity pipeline, telecommunication pipeline, gas pipeline, thermal pipeline and underground pipe gallery.
