Silt Area Foundation Treatment of Hengli Project (Phase II)

The two silt blocks (about 180,000 square meters) formed during the plant site backfill of Hengli Petrochemical Project (Phase II) have caused severe impacts on the project construction and production. The corresponding foundation treatment has saved investments for the government and enterprise, and satisfied the demands for plant construction as well.
This project adopts the modified vacuum preloading method for soft foundation treatment. The silt block A has an area of 89,004 m2 with a depth of about 4m~7m; and the silt block B has an area of about 81,721 m2 with a depth of 4m~11.5m.
The total investment is about RMB 37.6 million.
