Renovation Design of the Intersection of Jianguo Road and Binhe Street

The project site is within the downtown area of Tongliao City. Both Jianguo Road and Binhe Street are the urban trunk roads, and the former is two-way 8-lane type while the latter is a two-way 4-lane type, arranged in the east-west direction.

The renovation design replaces the plane intersection layout of signal control with a three-layer interchange layout. The bottom layer of two-way 5 lanes adopts the plane intersection layout of signal control; the middle layer has a circular overpass with 3 lanes; and the top layer of Jianguo Road Elevated Bridge for rapid pass has two-way 4 lanes with a design speed of 60 km/h.
