Located in the southeast corner of the planned Panjin Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturing Base, the South Youying Road (Xingyou Street - Xinglongtai Street) crossing Crab Valley is adjacent to Xinglongtai Street and the planned Xingyou Street respectively in the south and north. The road with 4 two-way lanes is 1015.068m in length, the width of red lines is 24m and the project construction includes a bridge (length 55.6m) crossing Crab Valley.

The design covers road/bridge, water drainage and lighting works. 

The project investment is about RMB 23.4 million.
