Road Engineering Design of Huolinhe Street (Xingong No.1 Road - Outer Ring)

As an east-west trunk road in the main urban area of Tongliao City, Huolinhe Street ensures the rapid pass of numerous transit and urban vehicles, therefore the project construction is of great significance for the rapid development of the eastern part of Tongliao City.

The urban expressway is 6.3km long, with the red lines of 108m and 128m in width. Main contents of the design cover road, bridge, pipe network, transportation, lighting and greening works. The total investment is RMB 350 million.

The project is awarded the Third Prize of Excellent Design (Ministry of Education) in 2017.
