Huangpu Road Widening and Renovation Project

Huangpu Road is an important trunk road running through the high-tech zone, which connects the downtown area, high-tech zone and Lyushunkou District in Dalian City. However, this two-way road with six lanes faces the serious traffic congestion currently. 

The project aims to achieve the all-round upgrading and renovation of Huangpu Road through the widening of two-way 8-10 lanes. The road is designed as an urban trunk road with a total length of 5.6km, and the width of red lines is within the range of 30~47m. The total investment is RMB 290 million.

Main contents of the construction: Road widening and construction, bridge demolition and reconstruction, rainwater/sewage pipeline renovation, landscape greening upgrade, lighting system upgrade, public transportation and construction of slow-traffic system.
