Located in the Technology Innovation Park (47 hectares) of Lyushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, the project planning covers 14 roads with a total length of 26.2 km.

The design covers road, rainwater, sewage, electrical engineering and fence works.

The project investment is about RMB 129 million.
