The project site is within the Dengshahe Harbor Industrial Zone, Jinzhou District, Dalian City. As a key project initiated by the Management Committee of Dengshahe Harbor Industrial Zone in 2011, the project construction has achieved good economic and social benefits and improved the environment for foreign investments and corporate commuting in the Dengshahe Industrial Park.

The project involves 3 roads (i.e. Guilin Road, Jinan Road and Xi'an Road) with a total length of about 5450m, and the design covers rainwater/sewage treatment, water supply and integrated pipe network.

The total investment is RMB 57 million.

The project is awarded the Third Prize of Excellent Design (Ministry of Education) in 2015.
