The new airport coastal business district has become a livable urban area for coastal tourism in the northern part of Dalian City, which is suitable for high-tech development, CBD business, vacation tourism and integrated transportation.
The project area is about 9.05 square kilometers, covering 13 primary and secondary trunk roads (total length 12.9km, with 7.57 million m3 of earthwork volume), 11 bridges, pipe networks (rainwater, sewage, water supply, thermal power, gas, electricity, integrated pipelines) and flood control works.
The total investment is RMB 650 million.
