Tc8/Tc23 roads are designed as the urban trunk roads, with a total length of about 2.7km and the design speed of 60 km/h. The north branch bridge crossing the Laoranfang River for Tc8 Road is 120m long; the Tc8 Road sewage pipeline (DN1000) is 400m long; and the main water supply pipeline for Paotai Industrial Park (DN1000) is 4500m long, with the design covering roads, bridges, water drainage, road landscape, lighting works and integrated pipe network.
