Dalian Tiaoyue Bridge at Xinghai Bay

Dalian Tiaoyue Bridge at Xinghai Bay (with a span of 134m) is a single column cable-stayed footbridge utilizing the self-anchored suspension system. 

The pylon, whose erection made the most challenging part in the construction, stands on the shore of Xinghai Bay presents the majestic gesture of a heavenly sword.

The project is awarded the Second Prize of Excellent Design (Ministry of Education) in 2007.
