Located in Lingshui Town, the project is an important work to address traffic congestion in the high-tech zone and facilitate the public traveling.

The north-south bridge project covers 465m in length, including a bridge and the approaches. The bridge superstructure and substructure adopt the continuous steel-box girders and vase-piers with piles respectively. The bridge consisting of three joints is 232m long, with the span arrangement of 2 x 32m (the first unit) + 32+40+32m (the second unit) + 2 x 32m (the third unit); and the main girder at the bridge centerline is 1.4m in height.
