Dalian Northeast Road Overpass Reinforcement Project

The Northeast Road Reinforcement and Maintenance project mainly involves the reinforcement of bridge substructure and widening/renovation of bridge deck.

The cantilever beams are added to both sides of the original main girder for deck widening. Both sides of the original box girder are equipped with rigid cantilever beams at an interval of 3m, which are connected by prestressed tendons with the orthotropic plates laid above to form the additional traffic lane.
