Service contents: Provide the whole-process engineering consulting services for scheme planning of the parking lot available for dangerous-goods transport vehicles and the closed management center, as well as the preparation of layout plan, project proposal, feasibility study report, safety impact assessment report, environmental impact assessment, energy-saving evaluation report, soil & water conservation report, social stability and risk assessment, planning & design and construction drawing design, in order to guarantee the safety production and orderly management of the northern part of Dalian Changxing Island Petrochemical Base.
