The public pipe gallery is about 35km in length, and the width of main pipe gallery is 9m with the column spacing of 6m and overhang height of 1.5m on both sides. The total width of branch pipe gallery is 6m, with the column spacing of 3m and overhang height of 1.5m on both sides. The superstructure has a steel-truss structure and the steel-truss connections in longitudinal direction; and the substructure is a prefabricated pile cap made of the prestressed high-strength concrete.

The Phase-I pipe gallery is about 17.7 km in length, with an investment of approximate RMB 580 million; and the Phase-II pipe gallery is about 17.8 km in length, with an investment of approximate RMB 630 million.
