Scale of construction:
According to the plan for the use of sea areas in the first phase, 8 general and bulk cargo berths will be built with the length of terminal shoreline reaching 2.25 km. The total area of the port is 11.8 km2. The sea area for land use (reclamation) is 4.8 km2. The sea area for basin and channel use is about 4.2 km2.

Scale of construction:
A 20,000-DWT general cargo berth is planned to be built (to simultaneously accommodate two 5,000-DWT general cargo ships; the hydraulic structure is designed to accommodate a 50,000-DWT bulk cargo ship and transport overweight and oversize cargos).

11 oil pipelines will be buried with a length of 91 km.

The handling capacity will reach 2,000,000 t/a after the structure reinforcement of the general cargo berths and terminals.

Scale of construction:
One 50,000-DWT general cargo berth (elementary function), two 10,000-DWT general cargo berth (elementary function) and supporting facilities.
